Returns and exchanges

15 days from delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Email hello@skoll.shop with your order number and we send a return label within 1–2 business days.

Skoll covers return shipping on a defective or incorrect item. For size exchanges and change of mind, return shipping is on the customer. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the item reaching us.
